All transactions are processed in AUD.
We use Australia Post & Star Track to post most of our products with tracking information. Your delivery address must be located within Australia. Unfortunately we do not post items outside of Australia. We can deliver your items to your home, work addresses, PO Boxes as well as to rural & regional areas.
Your item will be delivered during normal business hours weekdays only and signature is required as proof of delivery. If no one is attended at the address, parcel will be left at the nearest postal outlet for collection.
Please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch from the time your payment has been verified. Actual transit times range from 1-10 working days depending on your delivery address.
Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery. This fee will be the full cost of original freight.
Click and Collect is available at our warehouse from Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, excluding NSW public holiday. We will advice when the order is available for pick up.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

For faulty products, Grace Baby offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
