Washing instructions: You can clean your S'well bottle with warm, soapy water (using a bottle brush if necessary) and air dry with the lid removed. The lid is best rinsed clean. You must not clean your S'well bottle in the dishwasher as it could damage the vacuum seal.

Signature is required on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
Items arrive damaged
Please notify us of damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly replace or refund you, and will also refund any return delivery costs incurred.

Change of mind policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. So, if you are happy to send it back within 30 days of purchase in its original condition (with packaging intact), we are happy to refund you.
Your refund will be processed when we have received and checked your goods.
You can return this item in any MYER store free of charge or by mail. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of delivery and handling for products returned due to change of mind. You’ll need to return goods to us at your own cost and risk.
