Larger items can take up to 3 weeks. We will always try and be swift.

All of our pieces are packed by us and should not be damaged in transit. But on the off chance they are you may return for a full refund.
All our products are checked and double checked for quality so we don't expect any faulty products but again on the off chance this happens you may have a refund.
