Orders can also be collected from our Sydney Click & Collect point which is located in Homebush:

The standard turnaround from the time of order to collection is 24 hours if the product is not subject to a waiting period as outlined in the product description.
Orders subject to waiting periods will be notified of availability as soon as the item is ready to collect from the Distribution Centre.

Please bring assistance with you for the collection of heavy items as there may not be assistance available upon collection and the invoice for proof of purchase.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to check all item(s) prior to collection from the warehouse.
By signing the dispatch notice, you have declared all items have been checked and collected in good condition.

For Change Of Mind returns these conditions must be met:

You notified Koala Living/ The Myer Market within 30 days upon receipt of your order
All product(s) are in unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging (As new condition)
We require photograph(s) of the item(s) still in the original packaging
