RETURNS - We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. If you wish to return or exchange due to change of mind, we unfortunately cannot refund or credit the cost of shipping.
DAMAGES - If any items arrive damaged or broken, simply send photos to info@cocktailkit.com.au with your name and order number within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will organise a replacement.
