Weather

The activity may be cancelled if there is continual or heavy rain, storms or strong winds. This is at the discretion of the service provider so please call in advance if you are unsure. Simply not showing up may result in forfeiting your booking.

Enclosed footwear should be worn. Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions is recommended.

Spectators

Guests not partaking in the tour may wish to visit the cellar door or book into the day spa. Tea and coffee is available from the restaurant during lunch hours.

Accessibility

Segway riding is not suitable for wheelchair access.

How To Get There

Balgownie Estate Winery is located at 1309 Melba Hwy, Yarra Glen VIC 3775. Once at the resort: Proceed to the top left end of the car park where you will find reception. Just to the right of reception is a pathway which heads down past the accommodation. Walk down this pathway to the end where the walking track starts and you will find the meeting place for the Segway tour.

Participant Changes

The participants may be altered, ensuring that they meet participant requirements of minimum age and weight.

Cancellation Policy

Once the experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and are arranged directly with them according to this policy:

• If you would like to reschedule your tour for whatever reason, a $20 booking re-schedule fee applies
• Rescheduling is only available when a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided
• The activity may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions in which instance the provider will notify you and offer an alternate date and time
