Using a voucher
Received a My Best Gift voucher? Making memories is as easy as one, two, three:
Book or exchange: Go to MyBestGift.com.au, click on Gift Voucher, select Redeem Voucher and follow the prompts to make your booking. If you want to exchange for another experience, select Exchange Voucher. When you enter your voucher number, your account will be credited and you can shop for another experience.
Receive your booking confirmation: In 48 hours or less, the experience provider will verify their availability and contact you to confirm.
If you have a change of mind about the voucher you have purchased, we will refund you within 14 days of the purchase date.
