Session Length

• This tour runs for the full day. Depending on your location, pick up will be between 9:30am - 10:20am
• Collection times are from central Adelaide at 9:30am, Glenelg at 9:50am, McLaren Vale at 10:20am
• It is necessary to reconfirm tours 24 hours prior to travel, and failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled and fees charged

This voucher is valid for 1 person. Minimum of 4 passengers needed for tour to go ahead.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. If your experience is cancelled you will be rescheduled by the provider.

Dress Code

Please wear study shoes, and a hat and sunglasses. Please remember your sunscreen and camera, and bring binoculars if you have them. In cooler months, please bring warm clothing.

Off Piste Tours will arrange collection with you when a booking is made. They can collect from Adelaide, Glenelg or McLaren Vale in SA.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

• Cancellation within 30 days - 24 hours to the booking date: 50% of fare will be charged as cancellation fee
• Within 24 hours of booking date: 100% of fare will be charged as cancellation fee. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made
• It is necessary to reconfirm tours 24 hours prior to travel failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled and fees charged
